• Your original diploma must be returned to Wellesley College when requesting a replacement due to damage or name change 
• Please send the original diploma to Office of the Registrar, Wellesley College, 106 Central Street, Wellesley, MA 02481
• We will process your replacement request upon receipt of the returned original diploma
  
  If the replacement diploma requested is due to a name change, please upload a copy of the official legal name change document(s)
